If you have a PPP loan serviced by Scratch, you will receive a welcome email from Scratch and can log into your account at my.scratch.fi to complete and submit your loan forgiveness application.

We're available during the hours of 9AM - 8PM Monday through Thursday and 9AM - 5PM Friday ET. See below for the 2022-2023 holidays we observe.

For written correspondence sent via email or snail mail, please include your name and account number so we can identify your account. If you believe your account is in error, or if you are requesting specific information (such as a payment history or your promissory note), please include as much information as you can as to why you believe the account is in error or what information you would like. Providing more information will enable us to respond to your request as quickly as possible.
