The SBA requires borrowers with loans over $150,000 submit their first draw loan forgiveness application to the SBA before they can submit a second draw loan forgiveness application.
If you recently submitted your First Draw loan forgiveness to Scratch, your status may show as “under review” for approximately 3-4 weeks while we process your application before submitting it to the SBA.
Once it is submitted to the SBA, your loan status will say “Your application has been sent to SBA for final review. You will also receive an email from Scratch with the subject line “We submitted your Cross River Paycheck Protection Program Loan forgiveness application to the SBA.” Stay tuned for that email, and then you’ll be able to start and submit your second draw forgiveness application.
