You may be charged a late fee if we receive your payment after your payment due date. Late fees depend on your individual agreement with your lender, but typically range from $0 to $25. You can review your welcome packet or your loan agreement to confirm the late fees.
Insufficient funds fees: These are sometimes called NSF or returned payment fees, and are assessed when you send a payment that is returned by your bank because of insufficient funds in your bank account. NSF fees depend on your bank’s agreement, note that banks may charge a separate NSF fee as well.
Account statement fees: We don’t charge for a copy of your account statement.
Paper check fees: We don’t charge for payments made using paper checks.
Early payment fees: We don’t charge for making early payments or early loan payoffs.
If you need confirmation on your late fees or have questions on one you’ve received, please contact us.
