- We’re most compatible with the Google Chrome browser
- If you’re on your phone, try using a laptop/desktop computer
- Make sure you have a good internet connection

- Emails will arrive from notifications@scratch.fi, so add us as a contact and check your spam and promotional folders
- Clear your cache and cookies or try Incognito or Private mode, depending on your browser
