If your Paycheck Payment Protection (PPP) Loan is not paid off and has a “Transferred” status, your PPP loan has been purchased by the US Small Business Administration (SBA). This also means that Scratch Services LLC is no longer servicing your Paycheck Payment Protection (PPP) loan from Cross River Bank.
You will have access to your Scratch online account so you can view past statements, loan documents, and your payment history.
You can send any remaining payments directly to the SBA. You can use various payment methods, including checks by phone, ACH (Automated Clearinghouse), or direct wire.
Here are some helpful resources:
- If you intend to make payments towards your PPP loan, kindly make all payments directly to the SBA by proceeding to Pay.gov and completing the payment process using Form 1201 here.
- If you would like to pay via check or money order, you can go to sba.gov page on the SBA website.
- To request Forgiveness directly from the SBA, please reach out to them through their Direct Forgiveness portal.
Note: Online payment and forgiveness application services through Scratch’s website and customer service center can no longer be used to make payments towards your loan as the SBA has already issued payment to the Lender.
If you need technical assistance on how to navigate pay.gov or sba.gov, you can contact MySBA Loan Portal Customer Service at 833-572-0502, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday, or email cls@sba.gov. You can find more information here.
