Our goal is to make your transition as seamless as possible. Your account information and payment history have all been added to your homepage. There are two routes you can take to make your first payment with us: Autopay or manual one-time payment.
You’ll have the opportunity to accept Autopay and read the consent form when you log in for the first time. By clicking Accept, you’re set for recurring automated payments. You’ll also receive a confirmation email. Note, you may need to make a manual payment for the current month as Autopay takes effect the following month. Here’s a step-by-step on how to turn on Autopay.
Manual one-time payment
If you’d like to make manual payments instead of Autopay, there are several ways to do so. You can complete the payment online by selecting Make a Payment on your loan summary page. You’re also welcome to give us a call at (844)727-2684* to process over the phone or submit your payment via check.

Please make all checks out to Scratch Services, LLC and write your loan number in the memo field. Your loan number is listed on your loan statement. Note that any mail may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive and 2 business days to process. If there’s a processing delay, we’ll backdate the check to when it was received at the address.
