At Scratch, you won’t be asked to remember another password. Instead, we’ll send you a 6-digit verification code for your security.
To receive one, select the Login option at the top right corner. You’ll need to enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your account and click Send login code.
Next, the 6-digit code will be sent your way! Look out for a “Scratch login code” text message ( if you entered your mobile number (msg and data rates may apply) or an email from notifications@scratch.fi if you entered an email.
Enter the code to log in!
Note, the code expires after five minutes. At that time, you’ll need to go back to the Scratch home page and select Login. If you’ve entered an incorrect phone number or email, you can also refresh your page to request a new code.
After clicking Login, you should be directed to your loan summary page.
