If you need to reset or update the associated account with Autopay, follow the steps below.
Disable/Enable Autopay
- Log in to your account
- On the loan summary page, select Update Autopay
- Update your preferences accordingly
- Select Save to confirm your changes
Upon successful completion, your changes will be confirmed at the top.
Reset Autopay
If your Autopay was turned off due to a failed payment, you’ll first have to become current. Once your payment has posted, which can take around two business days, you’ll be able to log in and turn on Autopay.
Note that if you ever have trouble making payments, please contact us. We’ll explore your options together.
Remove Autopay
- Log in to your account online
- On the loan summary page, select Update Autopay
- Select Disable Autopay
Upon completion, your changes will be confirmed at the top. Please allow 4 days prior to due date to process deactivation.
Change/Add Payment Account
- Log in to your account online
- Navigate to Make a Payment
- Change Payment Account
