There are several ways to make a payment: online, by phone, or via mail.
Online payment
- Log in to your account online
- Click Make a payment on your loans summary page
- Update your payment information and select Continue
Your changes will then be confirmed at the top.
All payments must be received by 7:30 pm ET on a business day to be effective the same day. Payments received after 7:30 pm ET will be effective the next business day. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. If your payment date falls on a federal holiday, your payment will be debited the following business day.
Over the phone
Call us at (844) 727-2684* during our business hours: Monday-Thursday, 9AM to 8PM ET and Friday, 9AM to 5PM ET. Please have your bank information ready if it’s not already on your account.

Please make all checks out to Scratch Services, LLC and write your loan number in the memo field. Your loan number is listed on your loan statement and in your online dashboard. Note that any mail may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive and 2 business days to process. If there’s a processing delay, we’ll backdate the check to when it was received at the address.
